Scheduling Interview - No Appointments Available

My fiance and I are finally able to schedule an interview at the U.S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City.  DS-160 and fees have been paid, but there are only interview slots available for April 17 . . . 4 days from now!  Does anyone know when new appointments open?  Do they release new times/days every week or month?  When should we be looking online to schedule?

Thanks - Jason

Keep looking! Sometimes a date will open up because of cancellation. That happened to us and we were able to get one at a reasonable date. Keep looking.

Oh, I will definitely keep looking.  Problem is that I have logged in too many times in the last 24 hours to check and I am now locked out until tomorrow!  Is there any time of day I should look, or do slots just pop up at random times?

Hi there,

I’m waiting for my interview date as well (for my parents), but NVC will schedule the interview for us, and they said they don’t know the exact time frame for the available interview.

so I just wanna ask if you are able to schedule your interview yet? And how far can you look for the availability on the interview schedule?

thank you.

We were able to schedule our interview on Monday.  One spot opened on May 4.  There were no other dates or times available.
