Does anyone have a good example of an AOS cover letter?

I am assuming that it is the Non-US Citizen that is submitting everything this time correct?

June 19: Filed for K-1 Visa

2007

Feb 8: Received K-1 Visa

April 27: Married!!

May 4: AOS & EAD sent off.

July 28: EAD Card Arrives in Mail!

Aug 23: AOS Interview! APPROVED!!

Aug 30: Welcome to America! letter arrived.

Sept 7: Greencard arrived in the mail!

2009

May: Received Notice about Greencard Expiration end of August

July 15: Sent packet in mail!! (FINALLY!!)

July 16: Packet arrives @ CSC 10:52am Signed by V. Semegi

July 24: Received NOA (posted 7/21)

July 30: Received Bio Appt Letter in Mail

August 20 @ 2pm: Biometrics Appt. –

Sept 12: Approved!! Should be getting card within 60 days..

2011

April 22: Mailing N400 Citizenship packet to Phoenix AZ! (about time!)

April 25 10:37am Phoenix USCIS Lockbox. Signed for by F DOMINGUEZ

April 28 NOA (received in mail May 2)

June 7 Biometrics Appt

July 26 8:10am Interview/Test APPROVED!

Jul 26 Oath Ceremony! Pete is now a US Citizen!

Please find enclosed the following forms, payment, and supporting documents for BENEFICIARY'S NAME Immediate Relative (Spouse) Family Based Adjustment of Status Application. The table of contents is as follows:

1. I-485 Application to Adjust Status for BENEFICIARY'S NAME with:

- payment of $325

- two (2) passport-style photos of Mr. BENEFICIARY'S NAME

- copy of his birth certificate and deed poll to show name change

- copy of his Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa, and I-94 front and back)

- copy of NOA2 from I-129F

- certified copy of marriage certificate

2. G-325A Biographic Information for BENEFICIARY'S NAME. (Please excuse the hand-written dates. The .pdf from the USCIS website cut off the last digit in the year columns.)

3. I-693A for BENEFICIARY'S NAME which he received at his medical examination for K-1 Visa on 12/4/2006.

4. I-765 Application for Employment Authorization for BENEFICIARY'S NAME with:

- payment of $180

- two (2) passport-style photos of Mr. BENEFICIARY'S NAME

- copy of his Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa, and I-94 front and back)

5. I-864 Affidavit of Support filed by Ms. USC'S NAME with:

- copy of her birth certificate

- copy of her 2006 Income Tax filing and 2006 W-2 statement

- copy of a letter from her employer detailing start date, position title, salary, and nature

of employment

- summary of her paychecks for the past 12 months

- copy of a letter from her bank detailing date of account opening and deposit history

- copy of her current bank account balances (captured online)

06/07/2010 - NOA1

06/09/2010 - Check cashed

07/22/2010 - Biometrics Appointment

Our cover letter was not as detailed as that - but the contents are the same.

My husband (the non-USC) was the only one to sign the cover letter.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

married: jan 5, 2007

noa 1: march 2nd, 2007

interview @ tampa, fl office: april 26, 2007

green card received: may 5, 2007

removal of conditions timeline:

03/26/2009 - received in VSC

07/20/2009 - card production ordered!
