Hi everyone,

I was part of Visa journey 4 years ago when I was waiting for my green card. Now I am trying to apply for the citizenship. The good news is that I found out that now you can go and apply online.

I just had a question. I filled out the form and submitted the countries I have traveled to in the past 5 years. My husband and I are world travelers and there were more than a few countries listed. We are planning to go abroad again in July. I already filled out the form but haven't submitted. Should I put the future dates I am planning to go away or should I just keep the current info on the app? I am worried that they will tell me I failed to provide info by not writing that i will be traveling to Europe in July

No, just provide dates up until your filing date.  You will be given the opportunity to update it for any subsequent travel at your interview.

Ok. Great 😊 thanks for the help

Just make sure you have the adequate amount of time spent in the US and can show permanent ties.

I was overseas for a year and the permanent ties not abandoned to the US came up..

As you complete the application, you will eventually get to the Evidence tab. That is where  you will upload your documents.
