hello I just wanna ask about the divorce  me I have already  certificate  of divorce I was married  in Islamic already  my papers  in USCIS we received  already the receipt  now we're are waiting the second  letter hope the divorce  certificate  is enough it's original from NSO or PSA thank you

Hello I'm worried now I read all this make me crazy, I'm  k-1 visa petition  me and my fiance file  are petition July 31 at USCIS we received the NOA  1last august 12  now we are waiting for the NOA 2 I'm wondering we just send only divorce  certificate from  sharia  law, I was married in Sharia law too and my x husband arab hope this not cause problem for us sorry my English not good thank you.

Hello sis I'm divorce too in Sharia law but my marriage solemnized under sharia law my x husband  from saudi  now I have fiance how long  you get your finality of divorce my fiance  file for K1 K2 now we are waiting the approval  my fiance  send are petition  august 3/2017 we recieved  rfe but the rfe belong to my fiance  minor  criminal  record  I think rfe it's mine but not I send to my fiance only certificate of divorce  I hope this not a problem  in us embassy manila hope you rply need your help

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
