Hi Friends, 

 

Am filling up the new form which has expiry of 12/31/2019 and had queries :- 

 

1. on page 1 section 9. USCIS Online Account Number . What is this account number ? 

2. Page 6 and 8 where they have box to sign under acknowledgment of appointment at USCIS application support center. the boxes on both pages come auto filled with my initials for some reason. is someone facing same issues ? 

3. the last page 11. how do you fill in Page number, Part Number, Item number and then 3d, 4d, 5d and so on .....

1. Online account number. You probably don’t have one. You would know if you did.
2. Can you change the information in the boxes? It should be full names. Petitioner=immigrant, Spouse=USC.
3. Example: I have additional addresses. On p11, I fill out #s 1 and 2, then: 3a=page 2, 3b=part 1, 3c=item number 22. On the lines underneath I write: From xx/xx/xx to xx/xx/xx we lived at 9999 Anywhere St, Anytown, AZ, 99999.

hi Jules, 

 

1. I saw a youtube video that it would usually start with MSCxxxxxxxxx number. so that would be my previous case number which doesn't fit in that box.

2. No it's not getting me change the information to full names as well. so if my spouse name is Rachel Jade Leonard its showing up as R.J. Leonard automatically. and I can't change it or remove it to type something else in. 

3. I got the addresses part thanks for the information

The online account number is NOT the MSC*. It's a bunch of 12 integer numbers (0-9). You'd know it if you had one. It's not necessary to file the application, so don't fuss about it.

what about the second point :-

I figured it out. if you type the middle name of yourself and US citizen spouse then the form automatically takes initials and last name and auto fills it.

also we don't have children yet and no interpreter required. Do we leave all those blank or fill N/A in every column ?
