Frankly, I don't think any business entities out there offer any kinda reduced pricing for people like us who are waiting for our green card. You can definitely volunteer as long as you do not get paid for anything that could be perceived as you working illegally.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Think the only benefit you have is being here with your Spouse. Oh and free time. You're waiting for AOS, fill out your timeline, maybe you could find a place that would hold a position for you on the basis that you've applied for AOS though it's probably a long shot. Try indulging in some hobbies or if you're in to it and there's somewhere to do it go hiking, no need for a bus pass or a gym membership then ;) There was always going to be a long wait to adjust status, perhaps your Spouse can find work until you're allowed.
