Rejected for what? who is they, USCIS or the Embassy?

07/27/17 - K1 packet sent at the end of day.

07/31/17 - NOA1

03/22/18 - NOA2

08/28/18 - expected date for medical completion - Sputum test was needed

09/22/18 - anticipated interview date

USCIS rejected. 

 

They rejected stating reason was: non-payment/funds were wrong amount. In which the fee was correct, and they removed the funds from the bank, the day after they rejected the petition.

How much did you pay and have you actually received the NOA1 that shows the petition was rejected?  This should be an easy fix.  You can resubmit the petition once the financial end is cleared up.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Now a US citizen!
