We submitted our DS 260 and all our relevant documents in Sept 2017. We got NVC's email informing us that our documents have been reviewed and our case is in line for an interview date. On 1st March 2018, we received our interview date and it is 18 April 2018.

We're from Mumbai and we are required to register for biometrics and all that as soon as we get our appointment letter. The registration requires us to punch in our DS 260 Confirmation number. I couldn't find it so I tried googling it, and I just found out that we are supposed to carry a printout of the DS 260 Confirmation page.

I logged into the ceac website with my Case No and Invoice ID, but I cant see any option of obtaining my DS 260 Confirmation Page, or even reviewing my DS 260 or anything of the sort. I did not receive any acknowledgement from NVC once the DS 260 was received either.

I dont know what to do? How do I find my DS 260 confirmation page?

Please help.

Never mind guys :) I got it :)

But for anyone else stuck with a similar issue-

1. Log into the ceac website with your Case No and Invoice ID

2. In the summary, there will be a list of applicants and their application status. Under IV Application, click on 'Completed'.

3. On the top right, you will find a 'Sign in' option, click that.

4. Once you click that, it will read something on the lines of ' You have successfully filled form DS 260.........'. There will be options given- 'Print Confirmation', 'View Application', 'Email Confirmation', etc.

5. Go to the 'Print Confirmation' and print the DS 260 confirmation letter or email it to yourself by clicking on 'Email Confirmation'. DO NOT JUST PRINT THE PAGE BY GOING CTRL+P because it has a certain bar code attached to it and needs to be printed in a certain way.

Hope this helps :)

I'm having the same problem, but everyone I click on "sign" (that's the new label) the system log me out returning to the login page. I need to print my DS 260 as my case number was changed after I submit it at the first time. This happened because between the application and the NVC approval I had to moved from Switzerland to Brazil. I don't find a way to print the confirmation page with the new number. My backup plan is to have the original confirmation page and the email with the change. Anyone has another idea?
