Hello everyone, i came to usa with J1 visa . i applied to change of status from J1 to B2 on september 15 . i got a RFE document today , uscis wanted more evidences . i prepared new evidences for them . i want to know , How long does it take Uscis to respond for an RFE of i-539?

Send the RFE evidence and wait; there's a big backlog. Another option is to return home and have LPR spouse petition you.

10/18/2017.......... I-751 package received VSC

10/19/2017.......... I-797 NOA date

10/30/2017.......... Notice received in mail

10/30/2017.......... Check cashed

11/02/2017.......... Conditional GC expired

11/22/2017.......... Biometrics completed

  xx/xx/xxxx.......... waiting waiting waiting
