Hi guys!!

 

I have a quick question, for the i-134 will they consider va benefits, such as education allowance and disability, as income? Also, my fiance plans on going back to school than working as the petition is on going, can this be a cause for denial? We're september filer so we're waiting for the NOA2.

 

I heard US Embassy Manila accepts a co sponsor on a case by case basis.

Manila does accept a co-sponsor and they rarely check financials.  Have everything prepared but hopefully they won't even ask.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
