Criminal record because of shengen visa??

hi everyone,
so i was reading that the consulate in morocco will ask if you ever travelled to a foreign country, if you stayed more than months you need to bring a Good conduct certificat or criminal record from the countey you visted, i have two shengen visas in my passport the one from france and the other from spain, but in france i stayed only for 10 days should i bring this certifacate from both countires ??

Hi,

No. If you lived in other country more than 6 months, then you will need a Police Certificate from the police authorities of that locality.

It’s actually 12 months for “other countries” (just country of nationality or current country of residence are 6 months).

 

houda19, “I heard...” or “I read”.... is a very bad way to go about figuring out what you need for an immigration application unless you were reading the official website. Official information is easily available online.
