There is a way to track it by DHL but it's complicated. The easiest way to know is to check on CEAC and look at the "last updated" date. It should update when the embassy receives it as they will "touch" the case.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Hi there

The way to find out where your case is at.   Loging at ceac ""visa sign in.'" after you get in you will see on the rigth top corner where its.

It may say in transit or if its at theg embassy already.

 Good luck

Hello.  Thanks for the response.

Last night I decided to called the NVC in New Hampshire where my case is and I was lucky enough to speak with an agent.  I asked her a few questions.  1. Has my case been sent to brazil yet?  Her response was not yet.  Until they schedule an appointment with the Embassy my case will remain with them.  After the interview is schedule they will send my case to the embassy.  2. I asked the agent is it true that the embassy only schedule interviews once a month?  Agent said that is not true!  They have been scheduling several times with the embassy this week and last week. 3. I asked the agent are they scheduling for February?  Agent said that February is booked, but now scheduling for March.  So it's possible that we might get scheduled for March.  Wow!  so close!  I don't feel ready!:o

Hello how are you ? recently was in the same place as you, I had my cc on 24/10, on 06/11 we received the date of the interview by telephone, on 13/11 he changed to "in transit", I believe the consulate received the package in the on 27/11, because it was the last update on the CEAC website, a week before the interview I had another update on the site, but I believe that this was just to review the case, I know how all this is tiring, but try to calm down, no there is a formula, there are cases that receive the interview date in 1 week, others in 1 month others in 6 months, each case and a case, I wish good luck and soon your journey will end :)

Thank you!  I will definitely try to stay calmer as I don't want to mess up anything.

Hello.  The NVC received my case 9/15/17 and closed case 1/19/18, but my case is different from yours, so I don't know how quickly/long it could possible take for your case.  Good luck!
