Evidence within 90 days

We’re wrapping up my wife’s AOS and she’s been here just about 90 days. We’re sending her EAD so she has not been working yet. 

 

However, within 90 days - we don’t have a ton of “evidences” as Social Security misspelled her name on her card (trying to obtain correct spelling now). This made me wait on adding her to my health insurance etc, as I did not want everything spelled incorrectly. If fact, even on our AOS paperwork I’m spelling her name correctly - and trying to write a page explaining why her current social security card is missing an “L” in one of her names. I want THEM to hopefully spell it correctly on her green card/ead - instead of the incorrect (whichever I’d have to turn around and fix eventually).

 

So long story short, within 90 days - we pretty much have our marriage certificate and two separate social cards delivered to our house (showing same address as mine). One was her maiden name, then the incorrect spelling married name.

 

I do plan to send photos, but any advice? I was kind of waiting to put her on my bank (jointly) because some people said if she’s not working, they’ll “see right through that tactic”.. So if she has no deposits yet, I didn’t do it.

 

Again, will our marriage certificate/mail with same address suffice for the initial application? Any advice will help, I’ve also heard people mention you marriage certificate at least initially is most important of course.

You will be fine, especially since you’re doing aos from K1. It’s expected from people granted that visa to aos at some point. Include whatever you have now and bring new evidence to the interview.

Many send no relationship evidence at all (except the MC of course). Collect everything you can for the interview if you will have one

, some don't and get a waiver for the interview.
It is perfectly ok to add her to your bank account ! She can withdraw if she needs to buy something even though she has no deposits.
The "they will see right through it" line is just plain silly, there is nothing to see right through.
Add her to your CC for her to establish some credit history and work towards her getting her own CC as well. 
You can add her to your health insurance, life insurance  beneficiary,  401 K,cell phone account, lease, utilities, gym card,

you can make wills, power of attorneys, living wills (medical decisions), photos of trips and family together, cards mailed to both of you etc.
Look in the ROC guide which has a list of relationship evidence you should use and use it for AOS at the time of the interview but start 
collecting now. Through everything into a box and add something each months.
Joint checking and savings are pretty good financial proof so get going on that.
As long as she has her SS number she really doesn't need to show her SS card with her name every time.
