Im confused, I check the Texas processing center on the 17th of the month and every time they’re ALWAYS 7mos behind🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ But then I call Rapid Visa to find out how they can say my case would be done in 6-10mos in which we’ve been waiting for 4months so far, how can they estimate our case could be approved in March of this year? They say don’t worry im A U.S citizen?????? Im confused

The I-130 is taking 6-9 months right now. The entire process from I-130 filing to embassy interview is taking about 12-14 months on average.

I have no idea on what timelines RapidVisa provides to its customers or where they pull their numbers out of.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

You will likely (no guarantees obviously) hear back on the I-130 in the next 2-5 months. TSC specifically tends to be taking around 6.5 months.

Keep in mind the statistics from USCIS (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do) are outdated.

It is now mid-January but the chart was last updated October. 31st. It's almost 3 months out of date.
