Hi everyone,

1.I am  confused on what type of civil document NVC requires to submit. I have my original one and my certified one (the copy that was certified by issuing agency with the real seal on). They are all in Vietnamese.I wonder if I may submit the certified one along with certified translation copy or I must submit the original one along with certified translation copy ?

2. is it ok to submit the scan copy of those?

3. do they accept a foreign document translated and certified in the US or must be translated and certified in the country where issued that document?

Thank you.

You will need to submit copies of originals and original's English translation ( Clear scan copy should be fine). English translation can be done in US or your home country. You do not send original to nvc
