Priority Date is not used with the K-1 visa.   You can put any date in there.   (officially the Priority Date is the received date from the NOA1)

Receipt number when scheduling your interview. That is the deposit slip number from paying the fee at BPI           (some times the receipt number is a different number printed on the deposit slip, but normally it is the deposit slip number)

Yes you can choose any open date showing on the calendar

Thanks @Hank_ I still have a question  do I really need to photocopy all the pages of My passport until page 44 and as well as my old passport because I renew it.

No reason to photocopy any pages of your passport, do bring your new and old passport with you to the interview.

Good am :) I have a question.  My fiancé sent me his Form I-134 but some of the answer was in bold letter (he used gel pen) then some of font was soft (looks likes regular pen) then has an erasure but he used white void ink for the erasure.  My question is,  will this be all okay to the consul if his Form i134 looks like that?  Then he sent a blank Form i134 to me with his signed and date,  he told me if ever I need it to re-do it again, can I re-do it with my own handwritten, I mean all the details except his signature?

Thanks :) Godbless to all :)

Don't know.    If you feel the need to complete the "provided form" that is your decision.

( The form is designed to be completed on the computer, silly that your fiance didn't complete it on his computer before printing it out to sign/date, fixing his oops would have been seamless then.  Oh well  )

USEM is only interested in the INCOME information, not the ASSETS (stocks, bond, banking, insurance, personal property  )    if the "oops" are in the assets areas not sure I would worry about it.

USEM may only ask for copies of the most recent tax return and W-2.    If then even ask for any support evidence at all.

@hanks I still have a question in page 4,  part 3 #38 what will be  the answer here?   " I _ intend _ do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons name in part 2. "

And the last page should we put n/A in all?

You copy the information as it is on the original that your fiance completed would be my suggestion.

As for;   I ___ intend or do not intend     doesn't really matter.

@hanks_ I just read this:

In the first thread it says unticked the question 38 then explain n/A K1 visa but while reading over and over they say to ticked yes I intend then put n/A K1 visa.

1) My question is what will be the final answer in answering the line 38.  Please help everyone from those whose already done here.

2) And I still have question, is that okay if my fiancé just handwrite his Form i134?

3) is every page of Form i134 should be signed and dated.

Thanks in advanced to all :)

1)  Doesn't matter .. seriously.   The I-134 is designed with other types of visas in mind and sort of used with the K-1 visa.    Like said earlier you can check either or neither  ... embassy doesn't care.

2) Hand written or typed .. just so long as it is legible.

3)  Only sign and date on the page that asks for a signature ...  form is straight forward regarding that.

The sign should be just the signature right? I mean not with complete name then with signature (sorry for the silly question but I'm just worried I might gonna problem with this, because I'm thinking to re-type the form using computer then I will just insert the whole page 5 with his handwriting answer of page 5 and sign dated)

Page 5 asks for a signature .. nothing more.  Read the form, provide exactly what is asked

Thanks @Hank_

I still have a question sorry lots of questions here :(

In part 3 question 5 of Form i-134 (K1 visa)  asking "Value of my other personal property" ,  my fiancé should put down an answer there or he can just leave it blank or just put n/A? because I'm thinking if he will going to put his personal property there the consul might asked the statement for asset and liability of my fiancé (which I don't have here right now... )

I 2nd Greenbaum.  There is little reason for waiting after the medical now that SLEC has the applicant carry the sealed envelope with the medical file.

There may be helpful info here   http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Thank you. We plan on having her medical completed on March 19th and 20th, with the option of having her interview scheduled on either March 22nd or the 23rd. Do you think it would be best to play it safe with a March 23rd interview?

I see no issue with the 22nd or 23rd.
