when you sent it? and what did you include with the form?? any explanation??

I submitted AR-11 a few days before moving to a new home in October.

I was not aware that Sponsors require to submit I-865 Change of Address. I actually called up some attorneys friends for verification and inquiries, and yes we have to submit it. It does not matter if you're late, because this happens often. If you search through Quora, u will see multiple of lawyers telling the same stuff that it doesn't matter if you're late better than never, this isn't a big issue.

I attached the I-865 form, together with an explanation that we were not aware that we should inform USCIS on sponsor's change of address, in the form indicate the MOVING DATE(be honest), together with the AR-11 confirmation email printed in paper to prove that I have done mine. It has a CASE number on the bottom that starts with COAXXXXXXXXXXX

The I-865 were submitted TODAY, a week after my I-751. More than 30 days after moving.

Its simple. https://www.uscis.gov/i-865 here is the link in case you would like to submit yours.

Hope that helps.

Im confused what are you talking about?
Are you referring to AR-11 COA reciept number? Change of address is not a filing case but an update form for address change so you cannot post that on USCIS case status website.

the COA number is to only prove that you have submitted change of address in case ur mails go to old address, u can assure with USCIS that you have submitted that previously.

One form for each person. You don’t need to send another version of AR-11. Your spouse has to send in an entirely different form because they are your sponsor.

It makes sense to USCIS. They need to track the addresses of 2 different people, so they need 2 different forms.

The spouse has to file even if that is divorce waiver? I have no control over it, would that affect my case?

Well it won’t hurt your ROC because they’d be expecting you to have different addresses if you’re divorced. However, divorce doesn’t end your now ex-spouse’s responsibilities as your sponsor, one of which is keeping their address up to date with USCIS.

But in your case, that is their problem now.

Is your timeline updated?

I don't understand what you're referring to. Are you talking about recipient receipt? That is a request from Usps to ensure Uscis has received my change of address package. If you are referring to the enclosement of document for AR11, it is below the confirmation email when you submitted change of address online. (non US spouse)

To clarify further, here are the steps:

1. Download form i865

2. Fill up form i865 and print.

3. Go to your email, retrieve AR11 confirmation email and print it out.

4. A Microsoft Word cover letter explaining why you submitted i865 late

5. Go to USPS, mail the forms out. Attn: i865 (request for recipient receipt and certified mail is optional, I did it because other visajourney posters in previous threads and attorneys suggested it)

There is no Noa needed at all. I do not understand what you mean by biometrics and Noa. Can someone please help to clarify? I think I have been making it clean clear cut for past posts.  if you are referring to change of address for AR11 please read first page from other posters.

No worries, we have misunderstanding there. I thought you've been referring to I-865 because it was a continuation of our conversation :D

For AR-11, I submitted right after I moved, way before doing Removal of Conditions, which was in October, so I picked the option "NO" for Is this change of address for an application or petition currently in progress?

You will have to ask the previous posters how they do theirs for AR11 Can't answer you for that unfortunately:(
