While I totally do not agree with your logic of "only young people cheat for green card", I should say you are totally fine to adjust status in the US. It can be all ages, those desperate for a new life, career, or green card.

Love happens all the time. Sometimes at the most unexpected moments. You are not the first one it happened to and those people adjusted perfectly fine.

Get all the requested documents from your side sent to you. Make sure your husband makes at least 125% of the poverty guideline annually (Min. $20,300 for one household) or find a joint sponsor. And as already advised, hang around this forum and read people's stories, experiences and advises.

Thank you so much Dutchster- well as previously said Im very new to this great forum; but started to read topics a bit more. Yes,agree with you after have read some stories this morning but will continue.

I will gather my documents and apply. The only I can do now. Thank you once again!
