hello everybody!

I am german, my future wife is American and we are going to get married tomorrow in Los Angeles! Right after that I want to start the CR 1 Visa process.

I am a musician and there is a possibility of me going on tour in the US next year. the management of the artist wants to get 1 year working visas for us.

Will there be a conflict between applying for the CR 1 and the working visa at the same time?

looking forward to some answers!

best, axel

I see non issues filing the Cr1, what work visa would it be?

im not aware that there are different kinds of work visas. what are the differences?

That would be War and Peace, best to have chat with the Lawyer handling them.
