Hello. I have few questions.

1. I came to the US on 04/09/2013 ( Resident since).

Due to my studies in the Philippines, I had to go back and forth to finish my nursing career..

These are the dates I was out of the US COUNTRY...

06/13/2013 - 10/19/2013 (4 mos & 7 days)

11/07/2013 - 10/20/2014 (11mos & 14 days)

11/08/2014 - 09/23/2015 ( 10mos &16 days)

The reasons I had stayed longer than 6 months is due to financial reasons.. Flying back and forth from Philippines to USA, cost so much money.. 2015 the year I graduated in BS Nursing.

During my college years, my mom always files her tax and I am one of her dependent. I have all my immediate family in the US ( Mom, brother and sister).

04/14/2016 - 07/28/2016 (3mos &15 days)

These time I got sick and could not fly back to the US.

12/06/2016 - 12/10/2016 (5days in Bahamas)

04/04/2017 - 04/27/2017 (24days)

08/21/2017 - 09/10/2017 (21days, and Got married in the Philippines to my long time Boyfriend of almost 7 Years.

And additionally 5 days  in Canada.

I want to know when exactly I can apply for my US citizenship, and I am also looking for a good lawyer here in (Chicago IL), (Des Plaines, IL), (Skokie IL)...

Please, I really appreciate any suggestions.

THANK YOU SO MUCH

Congratulations on your recent marriage! Your exact eligibility filing date is 01/09/2018. You were not continuously outside of the US country for longer than 365 days, so you can count your 5 years from your original residency as 04/09/2018, minus the allowable 90 days for filing. I don't know of a good lawyer in your area. If I here of one or come across a recommendation, I'll post again.
