Hey guys,

i am new here. I would appreciate some help. I have applied for US Spouse visa and i have to submit copies of the documents to NVC.

My problem is regarding the police certificates. I live in Pakistan and can obtain the police certificate of here very easily. However, i lived in Saudi Arabia from 2014 to 2016, 2 years and 3 months. Now regarding the police certificate of Saudi Arabia, since i have already moved back to Pakistan in Oct, 2016 i cannot possibly get a police certificate from Saudi Arabia.

What can i submit to NVC in this case? If the police certificate of Saudi Arabia is required how can i obtain it from Pakistan?

Thank you so much in advance!

Saudi police certificates are not required if you are no longer living in Saudi Arabia.

As per the NVC information above, non-Saudis don't need police certificates if they no longer live there.
