The interview is a long way away yet. You still have the entire NVC process to complete. That alone will take around 3-4 months.

 

Wait a week or 10 days then call the NVC to see if they have received it.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

So it will take anything from a week to 6 weeks for your file to reach the NVC. Then a week or two for it to be entered into the system. 

 

You then have the fees to pay, the online visa application to do (DS-260) and the civil and financial documents to send to the NVC. It takes about 8 - 11 weeks for those to be checked and the case up be completed. Then another couple of months to get the interview date. Plus he has to have a medical.

 

so it's about another 6 months from now until he has his visa.
