Hi! I just recieved my husband´s approval letter for his I-130 I just wanted to know how long will take to get a notice from the NVC or to get the interview!! Please help!!

The interview is a long way away yet. You still have the entire NVC process to complete. That alone will take around 3-4 months.

 

Wait a week or 10 days then call the NVC to see if they have received it.

oh  Really? thats sad to hear! we've been apart to long! do you have an estimate of how long?

So it will take anything from a week to 6 weeks for your file to reach the NVC. Then a week or two for it to be entered into the system. 

 

You then have the fees to pay, the online visa application to do (DS-260) and the civil and financial documents to send to the NVC. It takes about 8 - 11 weeks for those to be checked and the case up be completed. Then another couple of months to get the interview date. Plus he has to have a medical.

 

so it's about another 6 months from now until he has his visa.
