Hello all, our application has just been approved and we would like to gather the documents needed proactively. Regarding the police certificate(or whatever it is called depends on the countries), US requires the foreign applicant to provide the certificate from countries he/she has stayed for more than 6 months. Since my fiancee had stayed in US for college (obviously more than 6 months), does she still need to provide that record even though the country is US? I understand it is needed for countries outside US...thanks.

As per nvc, Present and former residents of the United States do not need to submit any U.S. police certificates. Any other countries (if different from nationality) more than 12 months and her current residence (if different from nationality) for more than 6 months
