Hi guys,

I am thinking about asking friends and families writing affidavit (prove of marriage) for us for the coming AOS interview. Do you guys know if there is any sample available ? as we are not sure how to write it.

Thanks a lot.

Why do you need letters from friends?

On your AOS interview, they prefer to check all the required documents to be completed and not that affidavit letter from you family and friends. You have your marriage certificate as a very valid proof, joint savings and checking bank account, some postal mails as a proof you're living together in the same address, a proof that you are the beneficiary of your spouse medical insurance, etc.... so, don't worry about that affidavit letters.
