Need help guys. Payment to for Affidavit and iv has been rejected 3 times.

i am kind of new here... i have a problem made the payment 3 times already to NVC and it has been rejected.

I made the payment from Guatemala with a bank account from in USA.

Any idea whats going on guys????

Why has it been rejected? How are you trying to pay?

Check with your bank, there might be a block on ACH (or ACH-like) payments.

Hi 

I did pay with a personal check.

From a US bank.

The 3 times it said; "paid"and the next day will say rejected.
