Anyways. If you have a lease you can try adding her to it. (If she is in the US). You can add a letter signed and dated of how you met online and when you met in person and decided to get married, you can add some pictures too. 

You can try to add her as an authorized user on your CC, but I am not sure if the will ask for SSN. Some banks dont ask for a SSN (bank of america didnt use to ask, but that might have changed, wells fargo too). You can add her to your home bills, eletric, water, cable etc. 

I believe if you are doing AOS its easier to get it approved since you can take more evidence to the interview, wich takes a while and gives you time to gather more evidence.

USCIS as well as the Embassy will not expect nor require a couple living apart in separate countries to :

• have joint account
• own property together
• have children

 

Such items are merely suggestions, not requirements.  As for the affidavits, they carry little to zero weight in the overall evaluation of a file; I usually say skip them in favor of evidence of time spent together in-person.  However, based on your post, time spent together in-person may be something you don't have much of, in this situation, communication records such as emails, phone calls, video chats, social media, etc. etc. could fill some of this void as they show you regularly stay in touch despite being apart.

 

Sending gifts to family members while a nice thing to do, probably would carry much more weight if any at all than the affidavits.

The visa will be issued in the name that is in the passport and the green card will be issued in the name that is on the visa.

 

If she wants to have her married name on her green card, she will need to get an updated passport.
