Here is the Checklist i got along with two DS-156, one DS-157 and DS-230 Part 1, they have also sent one more document for her parents info which she will send to me tomorrow as they had a problem with her net connection

I am around 3 weeks behind you so thank you for all the information and questions.

Is there anything your wife had to send to the Embassy after receiving packet 3/4 - or are all forms to be brought to the interview.

Did the interview date come with packet 3/4 or does that come later?

For K3 in Pakistan they only send you one packet that includes the forms mentioned above and the checklist as well as one more form called the parte's infor form.
