never mind, i didnt receive email notification although i did choose email notification as the preference at my account profile.

https://my.uscis.gov/account/    and it says, the estimated case completion time -17 months(4/2019) ...so horrible!

while the egov account didn have any update yet.(https://egov.uscis.gov ). Dont know if the egov account is useful or not.

I am confused which site will the one for case update ,   Can anyone advise? thanks

elis2.uscis.dhs.gov  ---this is one i used for online -e-file N400.

https://my.uscis.gov/account/  --- i can login with the same account at elis and have the fastest update ,such as it already has the PDF letter for biometrics appt, while the other two websites didnt have any update except the receipt.

https://egov.uscis.gov  -- registered account differently from the elis account.

Was the biometric letter ever uploaded to your account? I'm having a similar problem, It says my biometric appointment is scheduled and the details should be available under the Documents tab, but there is nothing there.

when e-filing, the system will release two notices in your account, including the initial automatic status update saying your FP is scheduled(which is actually not assigned yet),followed by the actual biometrics notice letter with detail.

Oh ok, that's a relief. Although I didn't e-file, but It's probably the same process. I guess I'll just wait for the actual assignment notice.

Thanks!
