Vaccinations/medical question (split)

Thanks for everyone's advice.  I just want to check to make sure that I do understand this correctly.  My wife and her son both have the DS-3025 but on neither is the "US vaccination requirements COMPLETE" box checked in the Summary.  So this means that we will have to have their vaccinations updated.  How about the medical exam itself?  Neither received a Class A medical condition.  So does that mean that only the vaccinations need to be taken care of with no new medical exam?

USCIS already has their medicals in the files (the medicals were in the sealed envelopes your wife and son dropped off at POE), so only vaccinations are needed.

So I will still need to fill out the I-693 parts 1 (personal info), 4 (civil surgeon info) & 7 (vaccine info), correct?
