Hello! I am FINALLY done with my application to file of AOS. I am H1b holder, married to US citizen. Prior to H1B, I had F1 for 4 years. Please review my cover letter and let me know if I missed anything! thank you so much.

A lease with both your names as tenants (or a property title in both your names) is arguably better proof of joint tenancy.

Overall, your cover letter looks pretty good!

To be clear, this covers the current application fee ($1140) and the biometrics fee ($85).

 

Please check that the dates of the forms you are using are the most up-to-date ones on the USCIS website.

Dont forget your I-864 form. I'm in a similar situation, sending my application next week.
