3 wks and still no scan date

I want to ask if there are others who have the same lucky experience as I have. The Atty mail the docs last OCT 10 and Fedex confirmed delivery 2 days after. But still 20 days have passed whenever I call NVC they said they havent received my docs and still waiting for scan date.

4 weeks in. Still no scan date. I just called NVC to ask if they received my documents, they said they cannot confirmed if they received it because its not in the system. I even gave them fedex tracking that it was received and signed for at NVC on Oct 12. They said they will check the mailroom. 

 

OMG

 

People I know are already having case complete in 5 wks. While I cant even get a scan date in 4 wks. :angry:

40 days passed, still nothing.

This is not normal. Usually they enter documents in the system within 2-3 business days, once they receive documents.Have you included the bar-coded cover-sheet from payment portal with your package or write down case number on each documents. Since NVC receive lots of documents, sometimes they misplace documents. hopefully that is not the case for you

yes everything was double checked by me and verified by the Atty. Finally got SD on nov 24. after more than 1 month. I called now they said wait for 11 weeks again.

no worries..11 weeks is their standard time but now a day people gets CC within 6-9 weeks from SD
