Hi guys , hope y'all doing good 😊.

I have few questions which I need advice from y'all . I wana file spouse visa for my husband and am confuse to when to file as am currently :

1. I have a pending N-400 application with uscis . Waiting for my interview letter since I did biometrics in march/April 2017

2. I want to change my name since am married now

am told if I file for my husband whiles the citizenship isn't complete and also changing my name before my interview , it will prolong and delay the whole process for both N-400 and Cr1 visa

what should I do please ? Tnx in advance 🙏

File now using your married name.  It will have no impact on petition processing whatsoever.  At the NVC stage, notify NVC you are now as US Citizen and email them a copy of your Naturalization form.
