RFE = request for evidence.

 

USCIS typically issues a RFE if you are missing a required document, the form you used was outdated, fields on the form that should have been filled but you didn't, they need certain supporting document to prove what you claim on the form etc. There really are many reasons and not everyone gets a RFE.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

When you GET the RFE, it will tell you what they are "R"equesting.  That's what the R is for in RFE.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
