RFE didn't go through the address given by USCIS

Hello to all, we got an rfe regarding imbra my fiancé send our response to uscis October 3, 2017 but last week October 16 our rfe response was send back to him the post office said that it went in different places like Pennsylvania which means it didn't go through to the address written at the bottom page of our rfe letter sent by uscis. Is anyone of you experience the same? What did you do? Should my fiancé need to call uscis regarding what happened? It was so disappointed since rfe has a limit only until November then we've files our k1 visa since March 31, kinda frustrated because it's almost 7 months :(.

I attached the address written on our rfe letter sent by uscis. Is this the right address?

If anything, call them. Given how time sensitive is your RFE submission, I wouldn't suggest you to email them because they take a long time to reply. 

 

I think your only choice is to resend the RFE response to the same address.

Thank you.  The post office said they will resend it again (it's the 3Rd day now since the letter was resend) but we don't know yet if it's already receive since my fiancé said that he didn't receive any confirmation yet to the post office  that the letter is already there.

Hello in our case we experience it that too, it didn't receive by uscis because our rfe mail was sent back to the post office where my fiancé sent it, they said that our letter was sent in other state because they they can't find the address. my fiancé got mad at them since that was an important matter until the manager told so to my fiancé that rest assured that he will be the one who will send it again to uscis. 

Try to tracked if your mail was already sent to uscis.

 I’m getting scared because the deadline it says they will not do anything until they receive the rfe response.
