So he didnt get a letter from nvc on the interview date? Normally how long does it take for reviewing nvc document and to get a letter from nvc on the interview date?

The Interview is scheduled for the embassy and it depends on the visa bulletin and his priority date. We received an email from NVC on Jun 22, 2017, regarding his process . His case was completed on September 1, 2017.

@Mom and Son: how many weeks did nvc take to make it case complete? 

what is the  priority date for f2a for nov visa bulletin?   is it 15NOV15 or 01NOV16.

Nov 15, 2015. I completed my part on June 28 so NVC spent 2 months to complete his case. No RFE.

does anyone know what is the priority date for Nov 2017 visa bulletin?  is it 15NOV15 or 01NOV16. according to the uscis website?

It depends. If the applicant is outside the country, it is November 15, 2015. If the applicant is living in the U.S. then the applicant has to use the chart B: November 1, 2016. Where are you right now?

Hi All,

My PD is October 9 th 2015 ( F2A ) and it became current this October. Do you know how long it will take for get visa interview ? It has been more than 3 weeks since my case become current but nothing from NVC yet. when I check my case status it shows it is still in NVC. I called NVC about 3 weeks ago and they said my case is complete and they are waiting for visa date from the US embassy in Kuala lumpur Malaysia.

 

Is this normal. I submitted all required document 6 months ago and NVC notified me there is nothing left to submit .

I am very happy for december the visa bulletin cutt will be in 22 DEC JANUARY FILLERS WE ARE MORE NEAREST

@Alexandra81: is the dec visa bullatin out yet? how did you know it is dec 22 for dec bulletin.

This is not true. Either you are in the US or outside, both use the same chart.

Chart A is when your visa will be available, when they may render a final decision on application

Chart B is when you can file your adjustment of status (if you are in US, you can submit your working permit, travel permit..)

Yes December Visa bulletin already out. Chart B will remain the same, but big change on Chart A from 15Nov15 to 22DEC15. You can view the link below:
