AOS and EAD

December 5th 05 - AOS and EAD sent

December 16th 05 - NOA's received for both AOS and EAD

December 31st 05 - Receive letter for AOS interview

February 6th 06 - AOS Interview - APPROVED

February 16th 06 - Biometrics Appointment

February 22nd 06 - EAD Approved via e mail

February 27th 06 - EAD card in mail!!!

March 6th 06 - Got a job!

March 17th 06 - Green Card Approval via e mail

March 18th 06 - 'Welcome to America' letter arrives

March 24th 06 - Green Card Arrives!

14-Nov-07 -10 year green card approved

OK, so where is the news. Come on, ct94, it's not nice to keep us guessing. Can anyone email this cat?

Well you'll be happy to know that the silent one passed his interview. I guess he's not much for checking the forums but he updated his timeline today finally ct94 and according to that his fiance has her visa in hand already.

ct94 and josmith2- you cannot hear us, but congratulations and you get a :dancing: for your achievement.

See there, much more successes than set backs lately. The list has been nothing but pink lately and I cannot imagine that Landy is going to be looking at anything but pink either.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. I need to read a lot bit more closely next time. I've read this thread many times to see Ct94's update but never knew that he passed. Congratulations ct94 and whenever you have time please go in here and share the interview experience with us.

05-10-07 - Green Card In Hand

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03-05-09 - I-751 sent

03-09-09 - NOA1 (1 yr Extension)

04-08-09 - Biometrics

07-09-09 - Card Production Ordered Email

07-17-09 - Green Card In Hand

I-130 Filing for Step-Son

11-30-09 - Received at USCIS
