Gonorrhea Urine sample dilution?

Hi,

Strange question

So as part of the medical, I had to provide a urine sample for gonorrhea.

I'm 100% confident that I will be negative, but I have a question about dilution.

I drank approximately 2liters of fluid throughout the course of the day before the test, urinating maybe 4 times throughout as well.

The sample I gave was fairly clear, light yellow.

Could a sample be deemed as being too diluted? Do they test the gravity levels or just for gonorrhea?

Again I'm not worried about the result, I'm just worried in case they call me back to provide another sample since it's not exactly a short journey back to the doctors.

I didn't think about it at the time, and the receptionist didn't say another thing as it was sealed in a bag.

Thank you for any input

Not sure on this, but if they do test they can tell the difference between a person trying to intentionally dilute their urine, and some one who just drank a lot of water.

Or is it simply a urinary tract infection or something non std! ... Drinking lots of water will not affect the results of STI testing done through urine or blood.

I don't have any trouble or pain urinating, so a UTI is off the table.

But thank you for that link, gives me some reassurance that drinking a lot of fluids won't have any effect on a urine test and that I won't have to go back

Thanks for the reply.
Yeah, was no intention to dilute, I know I don't have gonorrhea so wouldn't make sense.
Just drank a lot of coffee and water that day in London waiting around before my medical
