i am in a similar situation, my visa has been approved but i had a baby during the proceedings , she is 9 weeks old. i need to know if i will be abl to bring her with me.

Not enought information to help you.

Do you already have the vIsa in your passport or do you mean the I-130 petition has been approved?  What visa category?

If your vIsa was issued during the process and is still valid, you would have had your interview while you were pregnant.  If so, what did the officer say about what to do for the baby during your visa interview?

Did you tell them during your interview that you were expecting?  They would have told you what to do.

As long as you travel together within the validity of your F2A visa, your baby can travel with you, using just his/her passport and birth certificate showing the names of both parents.  If the airline you are using does not know this (check with them to be sure), contact the Embassy and ask them for travel authorization you can give to the airline.  This is covered in 9 FAM 201.2-3 (3)(a)(i).
