Expedite Approved @ NVC, What Now?

I just received an email stating that my expedition request was approved (thank goodness). In the email it says "

The U.S. Embassy Consulate General has accepted this case for expedited processing. This file will be immediately forwarded to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

 

Any further questions concerning processing or the interview appointment date should be directed to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General.

 

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General may still request additional forms or fees at the time of your interview. Please be prepared to bring any missing forms and pay any required fees at the time of your interview.

 

Please note that it could take up to two weeks for the consular section to receive the case file once it has shipped from NVC."

 

So basically, I'm really lost as to what comes next. I'm honestly surprised they approved of the request as fast as they did. Anyone familiar with process?! Please helppp!:blink:

The embassy will contact you with information on how to proceed. Just gotta wait till you get the email from them. 

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:
