Hi ,

One month back  NVC has received our application and after that we have completed DS261 i.e. selection of operator , paid AOS fees, but even after payment of IV Fees (Immigration processing fees), status is been shown as "IN PROCESS" . We have made the payment on 13th of this September and on 14th September money was release from the Bank , but even after that status is still coming as "IN PROCESS" it been almost 2 week . We are contacting NVC department for the same and in reply they saying that there is some technical issue with NVC site , and thats the reason the status is not getting updated , they have open a case with Supervisor to look into this. But today they told us that it can take up to 6 weeks to fix this issue. Can you please suggest us any action that we can take to do something about it. We are really very upset on their statement :'(

Thanks,

Arpan

There is indeed a technical issue. I had to wait 1 month and 3 days after I had paid, to have the website process it an unlock my DS260.
Have you already emailed them proof of payment? If not, I would advise you to do so.
