U.S. Consulate in HCMC got our case in few days after NVC sent it.   You can inquire about your case at https://vn.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/

Just wonder about how long would it take for NVC to send my case out. Cause it is now 1 month already since it sit still at NVC. May i ask your experience?

Thank you

When it was still at NVC, I called them almost every other day and checked the CEAC web site https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx.

It should be in TRANSIT status which means they sent it to U.S. Consulate in HCMC.  If not after few days or so then you should call them and find out what is going on.

Our case left NVC on

2017-09-06 and consulate received on 2017-9-8
