My dad is petitioned by her sister (F4), making me a derivative of this case. I was able to pay for my IV fee and file my DS 260 together with my parents. We received an email on August 31, 2017 that our case is complete and waiting for an interview to be scheduled. As for now, I am still included in the list accessed at the ceac website wherein I am listed as "accompany". I'm just wondering if I'm still eligible for CSPA even though I already turned 21 (although my calculated age is 18). Will that still be possible?
