HI,

Everytime I call the NVC, I press the button to get an operator and they are always busy and say to call back later. I have tried calling at all different times of day and it is always busy  I just want to check to see if they received my case yet since i did receive my NOA2 in snail mail. Will they send me an email? or snail mail? Is there a good time to call when I will get a live person on the line?

Upon receiving your petition and assigning a case number, the NVC will send you notification via snail mail.
