Hi!  We are are still not on the interview step, but I was thinking to start getting the vaccinnes if I need some of them.  I read there are two approved doctors for Costa Rica. Which one did you choose?  How was the appointment? Would you recommend him?   Thank you!

Edit: I apologize. I thought I was writing on my country forum and I cant find how to erase this post.

There isn't an advantage to getting the vaccines ahead of time.  You can't go to the doctors for  Visa purposes without your interview letter. The only thing that might be helpful is if there are public hospitals that will provide the vaccines at a lower cost.  Just make sure that you get proper documentation that is recognized by the dr. Usually a state vaccine card. My husband needed all of the vaccines and it was a bit costly. I tried to get him to go beforehand but he is deathly afraid of needles.  But if you need several vaccines many come in a combination so it won't be that many injections. My husband got a total of three injections is all. And that was arriving with zero vaccines and his history.
