Good afternoon, a few weeks ago I had the opportunity to send my civil documents to the NVC, including the police, criminal and judicial records of my country PERÚ BUT WITHOUT BEING TRANSLATED INTO THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
I called  many times to the NVC to see if it could have a problem but they told me that it would not have problems. I want to know please if anyone had any type of problem with regard to the records.
Thank you in advanced. 🇵🇪

P.S.

* My wife is American Citizen, we live in New Jersey  and I'm applying to an IR1.

Thank you so much Dee Elle for your clear and prompt answer ...

I applied for a waiver that was approved one month ago for that reason my interview is going to be in Lima Peru after they close my case and after I receive the interview date letter.

I hope don't have any problems with this situation.

Thank you so much again for your valuable time in answering my question.

"WE" live in New Jersey.  If you are actually living in the USA, you are adjusting status and NVC would not be involved.  Since NVC is involved, assuming you'll be obtaining the visa in Peru, no translation is needed at this stage.  You didn't need to ask NVC.  They probably didn't answer you because the answer was in the instructions  you received.

Thank you so much for your answer. I already have a I-601A approved and my interview is going to take place in Lima - Perú after NVC complete my case.

Thank you again your your time.
