I am under process for getting green card for my husband

First of all, In the i-485 and i-130 form In the "recent immigration history" section, #16, it asks about "travel document number used at last arrival".

My husband entered the country through the ESTA program. He hasn't got any Visa to enter the country because of ESTA system. This was not his first time entering the country for traveling before.

For this section of the form, do we need to use the ESTA number, the i-94 number, or just leave it blank / write none?

Second, I heard I need to fill in for all forms as capital letters for name. Is that right? Like Chris Lee (X), CHRIS LEE (O)

Third, in the some form instructions it recommend us to put some None or N/A sign, if I don't have specific number or times. Do I need to put these into all?

For the last, in the same form in part 2. Application type or Filing category number 2.

There is the question "Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245(i)? and I guess we should answer Yes

but next question makes us confused which is "If you are the principal applicant, provide the following information." 3. and 4. question are about Receipt Number of Underlying Petition (if any) something

and also we haven't got any number yet so do we need to let these blanks or None?

Thank you

Hi there

For part 16, leave it blank and use the passport number at 15.

Not putting all capital letters on a form has gotten me an RFE before. However this time I filled it out just normal and haven't heard any complaints from USCIS yet.

I have no idea if it applies to you and your husband. I filled out the previous version of the I-485 and my Notice of Action came back as: 201 B INA SPOUSE OF USC.

Good luck
