So finally after 2 months of waiting (I was unfortunately flagged for sputum test) I can finally proceed with the vaccination (Aug 24) and schedule my interview. The earliest interview schedule as of writing this is October 2. Of course I want the earliest possible schedule. Is there a strategy to this? Is calling the embassy better than scheduling it online? I know there is a limit to how many times you can schedule and exceeding this limit will result in paying a new fee. So what's the best course of action here? Appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

According to the embassy website, you can call to book: https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/. Maybe you can try that besides stalking the online system.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Yeah I guess I'll just do just that. Thanks.

UPDATE: I checked again after 9pm and a few early slots have opened and I managed to secure the September 1 slot which is the most ideal to me.

When I was informed that I needed to do the Sputum test that was late afternoon. And I remember cancelling my interview at night time. So it's probably safe to say to check for schedule after office hours to night time.
