Anyone got any idea on how long the wait time for Chicago office for the oath ceremony, from the time the status changes online?

Sometimes it can be as quick as 7-10 days and as long as 30 days. I think it really depends on how often they have the ceremony (which in Chicago is frequent).

You are almost there!

Yep. Status never changed post interview and that's over 2 weeks ago!

The same day of my interview, my status changed to something like "You have attended your interview and we reviewing your case. If we need anything more from you, we'll contact you". Then the next day it changed to "We approved your application and placed you in line for oath ceremony".

Did they tell you at your interview that you are recommended for approval?

Our oath was scheduled today! Never went to in line for oath. Almost there at last!

Yay! So glad to hear you're almost done.

Meanwhile, I realized that it's now been just over 6 months from when we were notified that the initial N-400 interview had been scheduled... the interview that ended up going nowhere because the I-751 was still pending... the I-751 was cleared up in December, but we're still waiting for the N-400 to be rescheduled...

Hopefully you will get your next interview soon, since they have started June 2017 applicants. I still can't believe they didn't process both your interviews 6 months ago.

Thanks! We're moving at the end of June to a different district, so it's pretty touch-and-go at this point as to whether the N-400 interview will even happen here, or we'll have to do an address change and get in a new queue in the new district... either way, I'll keep y'all posted.
