Red light camera ticket, not my car

Hello,

 

I had a question while filling out my n-400 form. I have seen post about speeding tickets but my question is about a red light camera ticket. Would I mark yes to the question about being arrested, cited, or detained. I was driving a car registerd under a family member and didn't come to a full stop before turning on red. I ended up paying for the ticket but the car is not registered under my name

No, that is a simple red light ticket. You were not arrested or detained so don't worry.

I would put YES because you WERE CITED for a traffic violation. You did get a ticket, didn't you? Whether it was your car or not is irrelevant.
