G-325A is no longer needed for the I-130 as it has been incorporated into the latter. Instead, you'll need to complete I-130 and the I-130A for your foreign spouse.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Nope. Read the I-130 instructions:

There's a checklist of forms on the bottom. The G-325A is no longer required. Secondly, the G-325A is not expired...that's the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) expiration date. You are not the OMB. :P

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

OK...another question about this i-130a form.  Do i need i-130a  for stepchildren?  not really seeing that they are spouse or derivitive
